Comment Chaos

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to work with. me, let me reassure you: Controlled chaos has nothing on me. In a good way, I swear.

We’re not gonna waste any time with pontificating. Just gonna dive right in.

Okay so Cedar Jones and Ariel Brouillette (author of the Diabolic Hearts series) have been kind enough to let me show you guys what some of my comments look like as an example. This is more to give you an idea of what it feels like to work with me, and to show y’all that editing doesn’t have to be crushing—it can be fun!!

My copy edits are also serious (in fact, that is the majority of them, given that comments are used to clarify, suggest, and confirm)! But these give you an idea of what my editing personality is like.

So, buckle in. Also, just for context, I promise I can withhold the cussing. This is just something both people were comfortable with. If you’re not someone who swears, just let me know! Communication is key ;)
